They took 30€ of commission on a 110€ change. You’d rather go to the changes offices in Jindrinska street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is notorious for scamming tourists. A friend visited Prague a couple of years ago, changed money, and got stung by them. Why they haven't been investigated is beyond me. As ever, caveat emptor.
