What started out as a "this will tide me over" has become a career shift in just 6 months. Icon state that as a colleague "You are Icon" a message that becomes mantra for success. I'm now in my second role with Icon, and I am responsible for my own success & am progressing with confidence where strengths are recognised & areas for improvement are supported. It is a team effort & everybody wants to be on a winning team that invests in people, it's greatest resource. I am part of this team!

The office has a very optimistic and happy atmosphere, almost feels like home, which makes the day pleasant, comfortable and a very easy going place to work.
I have been working here for 8 months and I have moved up to the position as a recruiter; career opportunities are very reachable with ICON Prague.
