★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a TCIP4 programmable for my slightly modified Honda VT750 a couple of years ago, flexible, easy to program and it works great. I have recommended Ignitech ignition boxes to several others with older Hondas who have ended up purchasing them and all have been very happy.
Quality electronics for a very competitive price, gotta like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a programmable ignition unit from this company that they built for my bike. Great communication until they got my money. Received the unit and it will not work properly and additionally their program is full of bugs. Have tried for months to get in contact with them for tech support and no response. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the product was great, software interface was good, email support was slow but fairly good.
However developed a problem which can only be put down to the unit itself as I had 2 independent electronic specialists check the componentry on my bike (loom, pickup coil, plugs, coul sticks) and no faults were found yet the bike still only fired on 2 cylinders.
I got told to send the unit back and it would be checked as the settings in the unit appeared to be correct. I sent the unit back and I have proof it was signed for by company personnel.
Since that point I have sent 8 emails over 6 weeks, all polite in a timely manner with not a single response.
Yesterday I had a friend email asking how he could purchase an item, he got a reply in under 2 hours!
So 6 weeks later I still have no reply, they have my ignition unit and I have no idea what is going on.
All i want is a working unit for my bike, currently I am waiting on friends in the Czech republic to contact a solicitor to take legal action.
I have found company details from the czech version of companies house and a telephone number but the telephone number seems to be for their old premises.
Last resort would be, hop on a plane and visit with a czech speaking friend in person for an explanation and my equipment back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 ignition modules for rotax 912 uls from them as I've heard that there are people successfully using them in ultralight planes with rotax 912 engines. Delivery was quick, took only a couple of days to reach me. Communication was ok until they got my money after that it was almost impossible to get a reply from them. From the first glance the products itself appeared to be high quality. However, I soon found out that running rotax 912 with these modules cause constant engine misfires. To be sure I've checked the whole ignition system several times and even installed original cdi units to pinpoint the problem to ignitech modules.
I've tried contacting ignitech for help but to no avail. They don't seem to care to help their customers with problems regarding their products. I will probably ask for a full refund, but I seriously doubt that they'll send me one.
TL;DR
Don't expect any help from ignitech if their products don't work as they should . Buy at your own risk.
Looking from the other reviews it seems I'm not the only one with this sort of experience with them.

They made me a great ignition unit as there is no ready made unit available for my model. I sent you the circuit diagram, based on which you made the unit + adapter and software and sent it to Germany. Great company
