J	Juraj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aktualizácia po druhej návšteve: Čakacia doba pre objednaných klientov sa podstatne skrátila (čakal som asi 5 minút). Všetko tu funguje extrémne pomaly. Aj keď som bol objednaný, na rad som sa už nedostal, pretože ešte neboli vybavení ľudia, ktorí boli objednaní dve hodiny pred mojim termínom. Spôsobuje to, že vnútri sa kumulujú čakajúci ľudia, čo v dobe COVIDu nie je ideálne. Vonku ani nie je umiestnená vyvolávacia tabuľa, takže človek je nútený čakať vnútri. Úkony trvajú nezmyselne dlho. Pravdepodobne pretože využívaju neefektívny systém, kde zákazník najprv na PC vyplní formulár, následne ho vytlačí, a potom ho úradník prepisuje naspäť do PC. A ako bonus, vedúca pobočky svojvoľne mení poradovník a prioritizuje ľudí, ktorí sa sťažujú na dlhé čakacie doby. Update after the second visit: The waiting time for ordered clients was significantly reduced (I waited about 5 minutes). Everything here works extremely slowly. Even though I was ordered, I didn't get any more advice because the people who were ordered two hours before my deadline were not yet equipped. It causes waiting people to accumulate inside, which is not ideal at the time of COVID. There is no placement board outside, so one is forced to wait inside. The actions take an unreasonably long time. Probably because they use an inefficient system, where the customer first fills out a form on a PC, then prints it out, and then the clerk transcribes it back to the PC. And as a bonus, the branch manager arbitrarily changes the advisor and prioritizes people who complain about long waiting times.

A	Andy Kirushchanka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of waiting space, information desc, consultation room. Helpful personal. Good reservation system via internet. Only one disadvantage is location, if you have no car it is not easy to get there from the city centre.
M	Milan Mikuš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place looks nice and clean. There is also corner for kids and mothers with little children. The staff is nice and helpful. waiting times are still a problem tho. At least there is large enough waiting room.
