I don't give five stars because they wanted money for me? otherwise willing to communicate with the customer over the phone slower, two defects fixed one caused

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodnotím "autorizovaný servis", nikoliv prodejnu: Pravidelné prohlídky celkem OK, domluvíte telefonicky termín, přijedete, odbaví vás, odpoledne zavolají. Průser nastává s opravami - zejména s tím, že nejsou schopni zjistit závadu a vrací zákazníkovi auto, které je dle jejich názoru "opravené", nicméně stále není v pořádku. Když už jsem tedy navrhl ať se vykašlou na neustálé aktualizace systému a vymění poškozený díl (který je už od začátku vadný), tak jsem se nesetkal s pochopením vyjít zákazníkovi vstříc, a místo toho navrhovat další nesmyslné kroky, které samozřejmě problém nevyřeší. Takto si prozákaznický přístup rozhodně nepředstavuji. Svého forda do servisu radši svěřte někam jinam.
I rate the "authorized service", not the store: Regular tours are quite OK, you make an appointment by phone, you arrive, they check you in, they call in the afternoon. The mess comes with repairs - especially with the fact that they are not able to detect the defect and returns the car to the customer, which in their opinion is "repaired", but still not in order. So when I suggested that they go for constant system updates and replace the damaged part (which is defective from the beginning), I did not meet with the understanding to meet the customer's needs, and instead suggest other nonsensical steps, which of course will not solve the problem. I definitely do not imagine a pro-customer approach this way. You should rather entrust your Ford to a service center.
