Příjemné jednání a dobrá práce. To se vždycky dobře hodnotí. I recently failed a car, by the way of my fault, forced to call the tow and find a service to receive me. Premio was my choice and I did well. Pleasant behavior and good work. This is always well rated.

Always great service, sincerity (which is not always a matter of course in the service) fair dealing and reasonable prices. I'm not going anywhere else.
J	Jaroslav Bobek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem si na BMW e46 vymenit stahovacky prednich oken. Cena byla dobra 4500,- Kc. Bohuzel po oprave stahovacka u ridice obcas prestala fungovat. Bylo to nahodile, takze se to bohuzel neprojevilo hned pri prevzeti auta. Navic po desti bylo na podlaze u spolujezdce asi 2 cm vody. Nasledna prohlidka ve znackovem servisu odhalila roztrzenou hlukovou izolaci prednich pravych dveri ( parotesna zabrana), spatnou stahovacku levych prednich dveri + poskozene uchyceni skla + nejake chybejici sroubky. Vysledek byla oprava v hodnote 16000,- . Coz uz tak dobre nebylo. Od te doby klid. Okna stahuji bez preskakovani, zadrhavani a zasekavani. Navic v aute je krasne suchoucko. Uz tam nepojedu ani s ostatnima dvema autama. I had the windscreen wipers replaced on the BMW e46. The price was good 4500 CZK. In addition, after the rain, there was about 2 cm of water on the passenger floor. A subsequent inspection at the brand's service center revealed the torn noise insulation of the front right door (vapor barrier), the wrong puller of the left front door + damaged glass attachment + some missing screws. The result was a correction in the amount of 16000, -. Which wasn't so good anymore. Since then, calm down. I download windows without skipping, getting stuck and getting stuck. In addition, the car is beautifully dry. I won't even go there with the other two cars.

Servis údajně vyměnil celou spojkovou sadu i dvouhmotový setrvačník, za což si naúčtoval více než 30 tisíc Kč. Během pár měsíců po opravě se ale začaly objevovat ty samé projevy, jako před opravou. Vše šlo velmi rychle a během pár km setrvačník selhal, čímž došlo k fatálnímu poškození celého motoru a já tak přišel o auto - vinou tohoto servisu, protože při následném rozebrání motoru bylo prokázáno, že setrvačník jimi vyměněn nebyl a je starý již mnoho let. Kdyby byla oprava provedena tak, jak bylo domluveno a za co jsem zaplatil, byl bych s jejich službami naprosto spokojený. Příjemný přístup, rychlé vyřízení. To vše je ale málo platné, když zaplatím za něco, co servis nakonec vůbec neudělá a způsobí mi tím mnohem větší škodu, když dojde ke zničení celého motoru. Tento přístup tohoto servisu je rozhodně důvodem k tomu, abych ho již znovu nenavštívil. I visited the service due to a defective clutch and flywheel. Within a few months after the repair, however, the same symptoms began to appear as before the repair. Everything went very fast and within a few km the flywheel failed, causing fatal damage to the entire engine and I lost the car of this service, because the subsequent disassembly of the engine proved that the flywheel was not replaced by them and is many years old. If the repair was carried out as agreed and for what I paid, I would be completely satisfied with their services. Pleasant approach, fast processing. But all this is of little value if I pay for something that the service will not do at all in the end, and it will cause me much more damage if the entire engine is destroyed. This approach of this service is definitely a reason not to visit it again.
