★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jejich zaměstnanec mi tvrdil, že na mé adrese nejde sjednat nic jiného než O2 (lež, po odstoupení od smlouvy jsem si sjednat internet od airwaynet), poté mi tvrdil, že sem přijde technik do 3 dnů (lež, O2 má 5 dní jen na zpracování samotného požadavku).
 Their employee told me that nothing other than O2 could be arranged at my address (lie, after withdrawing from the contract I arranged internet from airwaynet), then he told me that a technician would come here within 3 days (lie, O2 has 5 days only for processing of the request itself).
