R	Renáta Mitevová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tři dny jsem se tam snažila dovolat. Dovolala jsem se tam jednou, potřebovala jsem zjistit pro známeho jen cenu, kolik by stála výměna brzd. Prý mám smskou poslat VIN, že se mi ozvou. Tak jsem poslala VIN a ozývají se mi doteť.... Je to už dva týdny. Když sem tam volala, už mi to nikdo nezvedl tri dny! Možná jsem na černý listine ?. Ale slušnost by mohli zachovat. Známí si dal brzdy nakonec udělat v jiném servisu jelikož INEX se vůbec neozval. I tried to call there for three days. I called there once, I only needed to find out for a friend how much it would cost to change the brakes. They say I should text VIN to send me a call. So I sent a VIN and they call me so far .... It's been two weeks. When I called here and there, no one told me for three days! Maybe I'm blacklisted ?. But they could maintain decency. An acquaintance finally had the brakes made in another service because INEX did not call at all.

P	Patrik Naštický on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem dělat 2* geometrii kol a vždy něco špatně. Zadana zakázka, seřízení geometrie po výměně přední nápravy , srovnání volantu. Výsledek geometrie Jakš taky i když mimo hodnoty špatně zadaná velikost disku kol a volant stále nakřivo . Při reklamaci služby se servis snažil chybu hodit na zákazníka. (Přesazený volant, špatná náprava, předsazené řízení atd.) Zkrátka nesmysly. Po několika nepříjemných rozhovorech mi tedy neochotně vrátili peníze. Mně to tak přijde, že je to přesně ten případ, když tam jdete vyměnit kolo a oni Vám vymění celý podvozek. Za mě už příště ne. Yes, they act as a super branded service, including prices and access. It seems to me that this is exactly the case when you go there to change your bike and they replace your whole chassis. Not for me next time.
