Dveře a zárubně Komondoor

Kvalitní, hezké dveře za rozumnou cenu s profesionální montáží.

Začnu tím dobrým. Ty dveře jsou opravdu nádherný! Jsou nesmírně kvalitní, montáž udělaná precizně a to všechno za naprosto férovou cenu. Jen ta komunikace mi teda dala zabrat. O každou informaci jsem si musela říkat několikrát. Když nám dveře vezli (kvůli čemuž jsme si brali složitě volno z práce), měli nakonec asi 9 hodin zpoždění, přičemž každé cca 3 hodiny jsme museli volat sami, kde jsou... Zpoždění člověk pochopí, to se stane. Ale bylo by fajn být informovaný. Nicméně paní prodejně, se kterou jsem věci řešila, byla vždycky nesmírně příjemná. Konečná montáž provedená profesionálně, pečlivě a výsledek za to všechno stojí. Kvůli té komunikaci jsem chtěla napsat peprnější recenzi, ale ten finální výsledek mě fakt obměkčil, proto nestrhávám ani jednu hvězdičku.

I am gonna have to write this in English. My czech is not that perfect. We ordered external doors for our flat. Here is the list of good and bad Pros: - Well built, beautiful, very safe doors with door frames - Very good price for what you get including uninstallation of old doors and installation of new doors. Been to 5 other shops. Komondoor had best deal imo for high quality door - Technician who installed the door, paid attention to details and tried to make it as good as possible. Earns my respect. Cons: - paid alot of money upfront to have the doors manufactured. After 2 months passed, it turns out doors were made in Ukraine where there is ongoing war. So i wasn't going to get my door on time if at all. When i dropped by saying that i can not wait any longer the lady at the store offered me door of different colors, to which i agreed. It didnt matter anymore. It also didnt look like i was going to get refund easily either (started hearing rumors about other people not getting money back so i was worried) - day and time of installation was specified and i was given a 2000 discount, for which i thanked but then i realized why i was given the discount. It was missing internal door frames, and the external was different color. I was honestly shocked by that. After paying around 30k we were gonna get a nice door with damaged wall around it. It was only the technician that tried to save the day and managed to get us frames but different color, we had to agree. We had no other choice. Otherwise it was going to be very ugly, and we were going to be very disappointed with our order. - the management only partially honors agreements, modifies them without warning (like missing frames), does not communicate or inform as you would expect a normal business to communicate, i received no confirmation of payment after i sent 18k via bank wire. I had to ask for it. These are very major problems from the customer standpoint and really things that should be handled better. Komondoor has very good doors for very good prices (in comparison to other options) but the business is not managed well. It lacks professionalism. I hope it does better. You either end up happy or angry. As for us, different frame colors wasn't all that bad, hence giving 4 stars overall.
