★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Spa, with great service and facilities.
There are couple of annoying things though:
- Why the deposit has to be done with cash? For such a prestige resort, I don't understand why they cannot make it easier and provide card option also for the deposit (which is per person so it can go pretty high for families).
- I couldn't find a machine inside the spa to check the time left, this feature is present in other wellness facilities (Kohoutovice for instance).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The SPA center is not too bad. Changing rooms are small and there is no privacy at all. Once you pass reception there are gates everywhere. At some point you feel like you are at the metro. :) the most disturbing thing of all is that you are not allowed to wear your swimming shorts at the sauna which for people outside Czech Republic, Austria and Germany is very intimidating and truly shoking at times. We don't need to see peoples genitals and we shouldn't be obligated to show ours. From what I saw many people feel disturbed by the fact which creates more discomfort than comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic spa. Great in summer with relax sun beds and cooling pond but in winter still great. Its amazing to go to a big jacuzzi pool and relax with aperol spritz in hand. great chill! Lovely saunas and so many. The best are rituals, three songs three kinds of salts are really interesting. Very good lemonades. Salt pool also cool. Come often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel and great restaurant! Only thing that's untypical is that you have to pay extra for the spa. But neither the less, the spa is great, clean and offers more saunas than I have ever seen before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! The whole place is very clean and beautiful. The saunas have different themes and temperatures and I believe anyone from beginner to experience "sauna person" will find the one they like. I really enjoyed the visit ? Highly recommend

- I lost my new diamond and gold necklace in the thermal spa. They were not super helpful, even though i believe they tried. My review could be half star biased due to the loss and bad experience.
- Hotel pillows were uncomfortable and of bad quality.
- The massage was the worst ever. My husband had 30mins anti-stress massage by a lady, which was super light and bad techniques that he could not feel anything. Maybe the massage therapist was tired by the end of the day. I had infinity massage, which is slightly better, but I would not recommend.
- Only two hot thermal spa areas, quite small and could be crowded in weekends.
Good:
- A lot of very interesting saunas, sauna rituals and large relaxing rooms. The atmosphere was great, very chilled and fun.
- The reception of hotel were friendly.
- The location was good. Surroundings were peaceful and private.
