★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Decin for few days. We came in the tourist office to have some advices about the things to do around the town (hikes...). We wanted some informations about the buses to go just at the beginning of the paths around Hrensko, Tisa... Etc.
The person who was in the tourist office desk was totally upset, and unwelcoming with us. She sighed all the time, which proves she did not want to help us. She didn't want at all give some advices or any information... She said that she has not information about the buses hours and time for exemple. For a lady who is working in a tourist center, it's not professional at all! I know what I'm talking about, because I'm working also in a tourist office.
But few min later, an other person came, probably her colleague. This person was adorable and gave us all the information we needed; the things to do, the spots to see, the bus hours... Everything! She was adorable! So, we wanted to say thanks a lot to Lucie, who helped us. Fortunately Lucie was here to do the job that her colleague didn't want to do!
Thanks to Lucie, again, but not at all for her colleague.
