Byt se mi na první pohled líbil a taky lokalita, protože tam bydlí moje sestra. Líbil se mi Davidův profesionální přístup a že byl vstřícný a rychlý. Byla s ním dobrá komunikace i přes whatsapp nebo email. Rozhodně jsem byl spokojený. For about 5 years I was looking for ways to buy my first apartment. At first glance, I liked the apartment and also the location, because my sister lives there. I liked David's professional approach and that he was helpful and fast. There was good communication with him via whatsapp or email. I was definitely satisfied.

Toto i jeho profesionálně zpracovaná videoprezentace (videoprohlidka) vedla k velmi rychlému prodeji mého bytu 2+kk v Letňanech. Kupec se našel již po několika prohlídkách. Následná administrativa byla taktéž rychle odladěna a zfinalizována. David byl vždy velmi profesionální a ochotný. Pokud budu zase prodávat nebo kupovat byt, tak se na něho vždy rád obrátím.
