★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden freundlich vom Vermieterpaar bei unserer Anreise empfangen. Herr Štěpánek gab sich Mühe uns alles auf Deutsch zu erklären und auf jegliche Fragen zu antworten.
Er führte uns durch die obere Etage, die im Stil eines trockenbau Bungalow, mit hellen geräumigen Zimmern ausgestattet ist. Die Räume waren sauber, zweckmäßig und mit kleinen Details wohnlich eingerichtet, die Betten waren mit frischer Wäsche bezogen.
Die untere Etage verfügte über ein Billard und Tischtennisplatte, sowie 2 Terrasse. Beide Terrassen luden zum Frühstück, sowie für langen Abenden ein.
Es ist eine himmlische Ruhe, gerade abends um der Natur zu lauschen und einfach mal den Alltagsstress zu vergessen und den Kopf frei zu bekommen.
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, Ausflüge nach Prag, Budweis oder Linz sind kein Problem.
Auch Ausflüge zu Fuß/Rad in den Stonehenge Park sind möglich oder einfach nur die zauberhaften Umgebung genießen, da sollte keine Langeweile aufkommen.
Budweis bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw zahlreiche Restaurants, zu empfehlen das Ristorante Pasta Grande.
Leider konnten wir witterungsbedingt, den Pool nicht testen, aber das er gepflegt wird, genauso wie das Grundstück war nicht zu übersehen.
Als Hundehalter ließen wir uns es natürlich nicht nehmen, die Hinterlassenschaften vom Grundstück und die Haare aus den Räumen, bei Abreise zu entfernen. (Sollte auch selbstverständlich sein!)
Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt hätte ich. Gerade an kühleren Tagen, wäre ein kleiner Heizstrahler im Badezimmer sehr angenehm.
Ansonsten ist das Haus zu empfehlen, für alle die etwas runterkommen möchten und nicht den großen Luxus suchen.

 We were welcomed friendly by the landlord couple on our arrival. Mr. Štěpánek made every effort to explain everything in German and to answer any questions.
He led us through the upper floor, which is in the style of a dry bungalow, equipped with bright spacious rooms. The rooms were clean, functional and furnished with small details comfortable, the beds were covered with fresh linen.
The lower floor had a billiards table and table tennis, as well as 2 terraces. Both terraces invited for breakfast, as well as for long evenings.
It is a heavenly peace, especially in the evening to listen to nature and just forget the stress of everyday life and get your mind free.
The house is very centrally located, trips to Prague, Budweis or Linz are no problem.
Even excursions by foot / bike in the Stonehenge Park are possible or just enjoy the magical environment, there should be no boredom.
Budweis offers good shopping or numerous restaurants, to recommend the Ristorante Pasta Grande.
Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, we could not test the pool, but it was maintained, as well as the property was not overlooked.
Of course, as a dog owner, we did not hesitate to remove the leftovers from the property and the hair from the rooms, on departure. (Should be self-evident!)
I would have a small point of criticism. Especially on cooler days, a small radiator in the bathroom would be very pleasant.
Otherwise, the house is recommended, for those who want to get a bit down and not the big luxury search.
