Na zaver jsem si tam zapomnel karimatku a bez jakehokoliv problemu po zavolani hned zaslali postou. Velemi vstricny personal. Diky Everything without a problem, backpacks and other things always brought us to another camp without a problem. In the end, I forgot my mat there and without any problem, they sent a post immediately after the call. Very helpful staff. Thanks

Wir wurden heute vom Mitarbeiter in Novi Spoli sehr unfreundlich behandelt.Der vereinbarte Bus nahm uns nicht mit, dem Schlauchboot ging dank fehlender Ventildeckel gleich an mehreren Stellen die Luft aus und zu guter Letzt musste man unter harschen Kommandos ohne Mithilfe des Mitarbeiters das Boot selbst aus dem Wasser zum Schuppen ziehen und die Westen auch selbst aufhängen. Gestern waren wir einem anderen Raftinganbieter unterwegs und hier waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen und die Boot tip top gewartet. Ingetours never again !!!! We were treated very unfriendly by the employee in Novi Spoli today, the agreed bus did not take us with us, the inflatable boat ran out of air in several places thanks to the missing valve cover and, last but not least, the boat itself had to be taken out under harsh commands without the help of the employee pull the water to the shed and hang up the vests yourself. Yesterday we were on the way to another rafting provider and here all the staff had been very friendly and courteous and the boat was top-serviced.
v	víttr 12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raft si musíte sehnat samy ve velké kupě ostatních. Než přijde někdo kdo vám řekne co máte dělat tak si na to radši přijdete sami. You have to get a raft yourself in a big stack of others. Before someone comes to tell you what to do, you better figure it out yourself.

L	Laura Zürn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service gut, Auto war pünktlich da. Ein Punkt ist jedoch deutlich zu bemängeln!! Man wurde nicht auf das erste Wehr in dem Industrigebiet hingewiesen. Man muss definitiv das Kanu aus dem Wasser ziehen und nicht durch das Wehr fahren trotz Pfeil! Das Kanu wird viel zu schnell. Wir hatten Glück, dass beim Durchfahren nichts passiert ist, man knalle gegen Stein und das Kanu fällt um, man ist der Ströumg ausgesetzt. Das hätten wir uns gewünscht. Ansonsten alles top. Service good, car was there on time. One point is clearly to complain about! The first weir in the industrial area was not mentioned. You definitely have to pull the canoe out of the water and not drive through the weir despite the arrow! The canoe is going much too fast. We were lucky that nothing happened while driving through, you hit a stone and the canoe falls over, you are exposed to the current. We would have wished for that. Otherwise everything great.
