Really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to extend my gratitude towards the legal service. Just finished my second online consultation with one of the staff, Alisa, who is very professional and experienced in providing legal consultation.
I have successfully submitted my documents for Trvaly Pobyt with her help and had my application approved shortly after submission.
Response time to the emails is very fast and the service is in very high level. Thanks to all the staff and especially to Alisa for the great consultation and Michal for smooth organization. Hope this review will serve as a good reference for their future career aspirations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IC Praha does a fabulous job in providing assistance to the foreigners in different areas. Being a foreigner I heavily rely on their assistance in getting the VISA renewal and other government related paperworks. Their social workers, lawyers and employees are very polite and help you in every way possible. They give you proper time and explain everything in details. I highly recommend using their assistance and it's all free of cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had pregnancy related questions to clarify, they wanted to set up a Skype call to help me and agreed on the date. Afterward, they asked me to send my ID photo which I sent it in the day of my agreed Skype call, apparently I was supposed to send it earlier so it was cancelled then they asked my number to call me. I said I'm right now outside of CZ in a non- EU country. They said that they can't vote for non EU (I don't know what does it mean) but apparently they don't have a good intention to help people in need staying in other country for a while due to COVID 19.
Update: I believe there was a misunderstanding, they linked me with an advisor who was helpful and communicative.
