★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good central location not far from main railway station or all the sights with tram and metro stop nearby. Staff pleasant enough, apartment was large and clean with a useful kitchenette all housed in a traditional building. Good plentiful selection for breakfast. Value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby is decorated beautifully and staff were helpful. My partner and I stayed in room 15 which was nicely decorated. One of the blinds was stuck but that's not much of a complaint. Apparently it's common in Prague for the bathroom to gain a foul smell. I don't know that it's true but the smell was awful. The smell in the bathroom could be temporarily removed by running the water for a while and could be kept out of the rest of the room by closing the door.
Interestingly, the mirror in the bathroom hid an odd surprise which scared me when I first saw it in the middle of the night. The mirror in room 15 is actually an openable window (worry not, the mirror blocked any view in) that leads out into a service vent. While safe (no one could get into the room from the window or even see into it) the window just struck me as odd and unnecessary.
The breakfast buffet was limited but offered some new options each day, since this was a free service I have no complaints about it.
The location was wonderful. A mere ten minute walk from the central train station, close to a grocery store and many restaurants nearby.
The hotel seems to have many other gorgeously decorated rooms from the research I did before booking, including a beautiful Moroccan themed room. I commend them for the individual decoration of each room and their attention to detail in what a guest might need.
Overall the price we paid for the room was worth it and our time in Prague was wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think I have ever been treated so poorly at a hotel in my life, and there have been other people who can agree with me. In the 2 hours I stood in front of the hotel, I had 2 different people pass by, telling me they had the same problems and were forced to book another hotel. Bohemia Plaza is poorly reachable, even by phone and worse through email or Whatsapp (note: the only hours you can reach the reception, are between 3.00 - 6.00 PM. Outside then, you're going to have a harrrd time).
I arrived at the hotel and 6.50 PM to a closed door. Calling the reception number numerous times without a result; all the calls lead to a 'busy'-tone and automatically hangs up. I send them a Whatsapp, and after a few minutes, I get the message that they don't have a reservation and I should contact my provider. This message was sent at 19.38. Granted, I did, and my provider mentioned the issue from their side. 2 minutes later, 19.40, I send a Whatsapp message, saying it should have gone through. This particular Whatsapp messages that I sent 2 minutes later, has still not been read until today!!! Not to mention all the following whatsapp messages I sent afterwards in the next minutes, hours and days, begging to have my reservation checked. Naturally, after calling the number another douzen times, I get an SMS from the number at 21:51, just saying "Please contact by text on whatsapp". Which is a full (bad) joke, since they didn't even reply yet to my whatsapp of 19:40. Even after this SMS, I sent whatsapp messages again, on which til today I'm still awaiting a reply.
Me, basically homeless that night, I was forced to book another hotel. But mind you; the money I paid for this booking, was in fact accepted by Bohemia, leaving me to have actually paid for a hotel I'm not staying in.
The next day I try to contact them again multiple times, but again the same nonsense; no reply. Even Agoda could not reach them during their alleged opening hours. Apart from that, what kind of hotel has reception hours from 3 - 6 PM on a daily basis...?
Safe yourself lots of trouble, headache, frustration and lost money and DO NOT BOOK BOHEMIA PLAZA. They will just leave you hanging, not caring about anything but your money :)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is superb, you can find everything in its vicinities and it is easy to catch a taxi or any other mean of transportation.
The client orientation is terrible as its attention as well, the personnel of the hotel has fixed working hours, for which, if your flight or arrival is delayed and reach the hotel after 17:00, be prepare for no one to assist you, therefore you need to make other arrangements in advance.
I stayed in the room No. 20, which is in the last floor of the building, the room is awful, it is an attic, the windows are in the ceiling and this ones are next to the exhaust of the kitchen, not to mention that to reach this room you will have to carry your bags for two floors, as the elevator does not serves all the floors of the building, be prepare to suffer on the way up if you have a lot of bags or heavy bags.
The height of this particular room is short, me being 6,1 feet (1.87M) bump my head more than twice in the ceiling. The room keeps a bad odor that comes from the pipes of the bathroom, which is separated in two rooms, one room for the toilet only and another one with the basin for wash your hands and the shower, which makes it so uncomfortable for a stay.
The AC does not works, and has poor maintenance. The bed is old and the couch is extremely uncomfortable. The fridge inside the room is poorly maintained and smells terrible.
The room cost me around USD$50.00 a night, not a good price considering I had a terrible stay in the "hotel". NOT RECOMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing is the location.
The room was not very clean, the towels were in terrible shape.
I didn't get much sleep even with earplugs - there was insane noise all through the building all night.
They cancelled my booking when I checked out, I asked for it to be renewed and got no response - my guess is it's some tax evasion scam. It cost me the booking.com credit cashback I was supposed to get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was ZERO service at this so called "hotel". I don't normally like to write negative reviews, but hopefully this will help other people from booking here and having a poor stay in Prague.
Myself and my girlfriend arrived at around 4pm (on schedule) to a locked door and nobody there to check us in. The phone number didn't work and nobody responded to our emails. After waiting outside for around 20 minutes, fortunately two other residence happened to be walking by and knew the owner. They were able to contact her to let us in, and her excuse was that it was "off season", even though it was late November, a week prior to the Christmas markets opening. Even if it were quiet, the least she could have done was be there to check us in, or at least let us know she was running late, especially considering there isn't that many rooms in the place. We thought we may have been scammed or something.
The room was on the very top floor, and wasn't very clean. The photos advertising the place and rooms are very misleading. There is no dining or communal area in the building. It's more of an apartment block than a hotel. And the reception door is constantly locked. It says it opens from 3pm to 6pm, which isn't true. So if you need any information during your stay, or spare towels etc, then you are out of luck.
When it came to check out, we were a little concerned, as we needed to leave at 8:30am in order to make our flight. Because there was nobody at reception, and the phone number was out of service, we had no choice but to just leave the key in the room and leave a note.
Prague in general is a beautiful city with lots to do, and I would definitely recommend visiting. But certainly avoid staying at this hotel so as not to hinder your experience.
Hope this helps!!
