★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my cousin stayed at this hotel over the weekend and it was awesome! The hotel staff Ekatarina and Tatiana were so helpful and sweet, they made us feel so welcome ☺️ The location is great, everything is in walking distance, shops and restaurants all around. The view from the rooftop was amazing, our room was beautiful and over all the hotel is beautiful, old fashioned but so cool ? we definetely want to come back and stay at this hotel ☺️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room 063 must be the smallest in the hotel. Dark and in need of redecoration. Window blinds do not keep the light out at night. Broken plug sockets near window. One bedside light had no plug to go into. Paper thin walls could hear conversation and TV from room 064. Inside door handel loose and came off in your hand.
Lift went to 5th floor but still had two more flights of stairs to climb.(we are over 60) No English speaking TV station.
Plus points ..good view from our small window. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at Wenceslas Square Hotel. Checked in and was given a room filled with cigarette smell though the hotel had a non-smoking policy.
First room had a window which was filled with cigarette ash and we moved to a second room and it was without a window. Moreover, the air conditioned was spoilt as well with the room also smelling of cigarettes.
Mentioned to the hotel that as we had asthma and had difficulty breathing, we checked out within 2-3hours and requested a refund, but they only refunded 2/3 nights, with the manager refusing to refund the first night.
Do not book this hotel unless you want rooms with cigarette smell and especially for those with asthma, please find another hotel somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the hotel! Nice clean rooms and very pleasant service. The girl at the reception was very polite. When I go to the Czech Republic again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about this place. The staff were really awesome and the breakfastt was great. The location made it easier for us to see so many places. Our car didn't fit there, but there was a parking garage just down the street . Highly recommend and we will go back. The restaurant there too was outstanding along with the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was pleasant and all staff were very helpful, but the rooms could use some minor renovations. Overall, the hotel was nice and has good facilities. Staff from the reception desk were particularly caring during our stopover - they listened carefully and thought of ways to offer the best customer experience. I would definitely recommend for any Prague stay.
