★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká nespokojenost s jednáním.Reklamační řád neexistuje.Můj známý objednal baterie do auta.Jedna po měsíci přestala fungovat- stále je v jednání, druhou jsem tím pádem nepotřebovala nicméně odmítli si vzít neotevřené a nepoužité zboží zpět, prakticky ho vnutili člověku co tam šel pro jiný díl že ji musí odebrat i když ji nechěl.Úplně nechápu proč mi do telefonu řekli že ji mohu vrátit a p 2 týdnech poslali zpět že ji vrátit nemohu.Něco jako reklamační řád nebo právo do 2 týdnů odstoupit od smlouvy u nich neexistuje.Oni jako prodejci náhradních dílů si asi s takovým zbožím poradí lépe než já jako člověk který tuto věc nepotřebuje.Jednoduchý výdělek pro ně o kvalitě první dodané baterie mluvit nebudu.InterCars nikdy více.
Great dissatisfaction with the negotiations. There is no complaints procedure. My acquaintance ordered the car batteries. I don't quite understand why they told me on the phone that I could return it and after 2 weeks they sent it back that I can't return it. Something like the complaint procedure or the right to withdraw from the contract within 2 weeks does not exist with them. spare parts dealers will probably handle such goods better than me as a person who does not need this thing. I will not talk for them about the quality of the first delivered battery.
