★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No problem money exchange, a small commission. The replacement came out cheaper than in the bank. I came here on the recommendation of a waiter from a nearby restaurant and I was OK with this deal. Cheaper than food in restaurant in the centre:-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just be careful using services of these crooks! Our foreign friend just came back home from their office even though we warned her about exchanging money in the city center. They forced her to sign a piece of paper without reading it, which states she was informed about it and they charged her 28% fee. They write here about how legal their actions are. It could be but it's still a scam and they just use foreigners' trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so regretful why I haven't read all these negative reviews before exchanging my money in the city center. As it is obvious from the reviews, this company is a disaster. They'll rob you and once you realize it and you object, they say you cannot do anything about it. Do not exchange your money here. All the other exchange offices are better than this unethical and deceitful company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Theft. They hide that they charge you 28% commission until you have signed the slip. You only then discover it once the money is handed over. You then find that it is stated in blue writing on blue background at the bottom of the sign on the back wall of the office that is obscured. They only put the bottom of slip under the window to sign so that you can't read the terms. When I complained the staff member threatened me to "watch myself" and then taunted me that she ripped me off. Criminal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a bunch of crooks at the Interchange office at Václavské nám., Praha 1. But probably other offices as well ...
I wanted to change a € 100 and asked fot the rate first: 2720 Czech Koruna which was a good rate that was somewhere in the middle of the buy - and sell rates they advertised with. After I signed and gave them my € 100 I got: 2027. Arguing was useless: I had signed and agreed with the 2027 Koruna.
SO BEWARE: they lure you with their so-called 0% commission but steel from you in an even worse way ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard the only negative reaction on the currency exchange, but it's the only exchange where they have available coins, so I visited it. Actively I asked about fees and the exchange rate, the amount of which did not satisfy me. Now to me the money changers out offered the course better and we agreed. Everything was without problem. So it's all about communication, and that was without any problems. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever change money with interchange at the airports. They take advantage of tourists by ripping them off. This type of business brings great shame to the Czech Republic. There are plenty of places that change money at 0% commission in Prague, so save yourself the frustration of being legally robbed and go there instead. As for the person responding to these reviews, shame on you for trying to justify this company’s TRASH service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIPOFF! 28% commission, written in small letters at the bottom of their board. I changed at their office in I.P. Pavlova but it's not on the map. Good thing I noticed before I signed the receipt. I refused to sign and asked for my money back and the cashier started printing some other pieces of paper which he stapled together. Then he offered me another rate, which still included a 17% commission. I refused it and asked for my money back, which he was still keeping. He then offered me something with about 1.8% commission and I finally accepted it, fearing I would lose my money altogether. I'll never go to this agency again.
