★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers pure and simple, sign out front states no commission, but actually undisclosed 30% commission you don't realise until money is handed over short. I asked for my money back and protested, they drew my attention to very fine print displayed on the back wall behind the counter and told me that zero commission was actually for amounts over €1000. They refused refund and then warned me to leave and told me to watch myself unless I left immediately. Disgraceful that WU do business with these crooks, will never do business with anything that has WU name on it and have discouraged countless others. Police won't help as Prague is rife with these 'legitimate' scammers, almost everyone I know that has been there is done in these scams.
