★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rooms we stayed in was a conference room with matteraces on the floor only. The conference room was converted into a sleeping room for our stay. It was not clear when booking for a non-refundable fee in advance. I do not recommend this particular room, so please make sure where you are lodged in before deciding to click and pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving a 4 because here are the things i like: 1) very clean 2) big bed in the Pivo room 3) easy check-in/out 4) lots of written information in English, as well as perfectly fluent English-speaking staff. The not-so-great part for me, personally, was the noise i encountered. It wasn't horrible, but something to be mindful of if you are easily bothered. The Pivo room is directly beside the common area. Also, if you have the room window open on a hot night, all the street noise is multiplied.
10€ parking garage is close and simple to operate, provided you've got your phone with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments were lovely. Each room was is part of a open-floor flat. The whole building is filled with great art and awesome and informative infographics. Kitchen was fully-kitted and bathrooms clean The staff was very kind and helpful with tips and tricks to get around the city. The hotel on itself is right at the center and everything is just few steps from your room. The only issue is that the doors do not isolate any sound. So if you have bad luck and you will get noisy neighbors or you might wanna get noisy yourselves be wary that every step can be heard.
We will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great concept place with heart and soul, top location and everything you could need in the kitchens and the service staff.
Breakfast also great for 7€, keeps you full and there is a nice range of nutritional values.
4/5 stars in rooms, because we would have liked ours to be a little more colourful, but every room is different!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a place to stay for 1 night in Brno and feel fortunate to of stumbled across this gem.
The room (we were in Venice) was spacious, clean, comfortable beds and plenty of seating, storage etc. Do not be put off by the shared bathroom and kitchen. Everything was spotless and the shower was hot and shower gel was provided along with clean towels.
We have 2 young children and the room was ideal for them as there was enough space for them to move around.
The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you are looking for somewhere affordable in the centre of Brno do not hesitate to book this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great room! The apartments are shared spaces with private rooms. Each room is themed differently. We stayed in the Roma room and found it comfortable. Guests sharing the terrace were loud but otherwise everything was great! Breakfast was delicious. They also arranged all the parking details and that was well worth it! Walking to distance to amazing sites and an open market where we found delicious fruits for our journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is insanely beautiful! This is the best place I've been to so far. It was made by people for people: everything is cool, sincere, smells good, it's exciting to walk along these paths from the entrance to the building to your room - it's like a quest. Each room has its own theme and they are decorated very beautifully! The bed linen is very nice, everything is clean and beautiful. You can have tea or coffee in the kitchen at any time.
It is also located in the very center and conveniently accessible to all attractions, museums and shops.
There is a great restaurant next to the building.
It's very cool that the staff created a guide where you can find out where to go, where to eat, what to do in the city for a day or two or three. I read everything and even went to several cafes, and to some museums and attractions.
I sincerely wish the hotel prosperity and I would like such places and people to be in other cities and countries!
