★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z vlastní zkušenosti silně nedoporučuji. Rezervační smlouva téhle firmy je sepsána tak, že po podepsání rezervace už má firma Ofixiu automaticky nárok na provizi, i pokud následně z jakéhokoliv důvodu nepodepíšete nájemní smlouvu s majitelem nemovisti. Naprosto nestandardní postup.
 From my own experience, I do not strongly recommend. This company's reservation contract is written in such a way that after signing the reservation, Ofixiu is automatically entitled to a commission, even if you do not subsequently sign a lease agreement with the property owner for any reason. Absolutely non-standard procedure.
