★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud si budete chtít nechat doma zapojit třeba jen LAN zásuvky, s pánem se dohodněte, mě přišel jak bylo dohodnuto již druhý den. Po obhlédnutí místa a popisu řešení, kdy se musí vyměnit jedna ze zásuvek, jelikož je zničená neodborným zapojením předešlého technika si dohodnete termín realizace. Vystěhujete dle požadavku skříně ( v tento okamžik ještě netušíte, že na dalších 14 dní), aby byl přístup k zásuvkám. V den realizace nikdo nedorazí, nezavolá, nenapíše. V dobré víře, že stát se může cokoliv to neřešíte. Tedy za 2 dny voláte znovu - je Vám slíben další termín. Opět nikdo nedorazí, nezavolá, nenapíše. V dobré víře, že stát se může cokoliv to opět neřešíte. Po dalších 10 dnech voláte znovu, nyní už pro změnu nikdo telefon nezvedá, na sms zprávy neodpovídá. 11 den voláte z jiného čísla, už jen tak pro vysvětlení, proč Vás ignorují a nereagují na slíbené termíny. Odpověď byla, zavolám Vám za 5 minut. Nikdo samozřejmě nevolal. Další den zavolejte jinou nejbližší společnost, technik přijede ve smluvený termín a za 40min zásuvky zapojí, dokonce bez nutnosti jejich výměny, zaplaťte, poděkujte, vše vyřešeno.
Pochopím, že někdo o tak malou zakázku nemá zájem ( i když jsem to zdůrazňoval již při prvním telefonu), pochopím, že někdo nemá čas, pochopím, že X Y Z. Ale domluvit si termín, další termín a následně slibovat, že opět zavolám je ... doplňte si sami

The next day, call another nearest company, the technician will arrive on time and plug in the socket in 40 minutes, even without the need to replace them, pay, thank you, everything solved.
I understand that someone is not interested in such a small order (although I emphasized it on the first phone), I understand that someone does not have time, I understand that XY Z. But make an appointment, another date and then promise to call them again ... top up yourself
