★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší sortovni obchod co znám. Obsluha je ultra neochotna, nechapajici potreby zakaznika. To trva uz tak 3roky, kdyby nebyl covid, ani tam nejdu. 3 navstevy za poslednich 6m me opet presvedcily, ze tady ne. Tvari se otravene co tam chcete, odkazou na eshop, neporadi podle potreb zakaznika, ale doporuci to nejdrazsi a naopak kdyz jsme se prisli zajimat o drazsi produkt, tak zduraznuji 3x cenu, jako kdybychom na to nemeli.
The worst sort store I know. The staff is ultra reluctant, not understanding the needs of the customer. It takes about 3 years, if he wasn't covid, I don't even go there. 3 visits in the last 6m convinced me again that not here. Shapes are annoying what you want there, with a link to the e-shop, they do not advise according to the customer's needs, but I recommend the most expensive and on the contrary, when we came to be interested in a more expensive product, I emphasize the price 3 times as if we didn't have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již nikdy víc. Odmítli mě prodat kolo, které jsem si legálně objednal přes e-shop s vyzvednutím na prodejně. Kolo bylo na prodejně o 1.000,- Kč dražší než na internetu. Nejprve mě arogantně přesvědčovali, že se jedná o jinou specifikaci kola a když jsme si nakonec porovnali i katalogové číslo, tak mi bylo sděleno, že objednávku o víkendu nikdo nepotvrdí a nemohou mi kolo vydat. Ano, i tohle je možné v 21. století. Následně mě sdělili, že nejsou “normální”, nýbrž soukromý Intersport a že bude moje objednávka v pondělí majitelem stornována, protože si můžou prodávat za “svoje” ceny. Výsledek: Sehnal jsem na internetu nový model tohoto kola, které mělo navíc příslušenství a stálo o 1.000,- Kč méně. Takže pokud se v dnešní době chcete takto chovat k zákazníkům, jen tak dále. Ode mě už neuvidíte ani korunu.
Never again. They refused to sell me a bike that I legally ordered through an e-shop with pick-up at the store. The bike was 1,000 CZK more expensive at the store than on the Internet. At first I was arrogantly convinced that it was a different specification of the bike, and when we finally compared the catalog number, I was told that no one would confirm the order on the weekend and they could not give me the bike. Yes, even this is possible in the 21st century. They subsequently told me that they were not "normal" but private Intersport and that my order would be canceled by the owner on Monday because they could sell at "their" prices. The result: I got a new model of this bike on the Internet, which also had accessories and cost CZK 1,000 less. So if you want to treat customers like this these days, just keep going. You won't see a crown from me anymore.

Absolutely great staff. One that can pay attention to the customer - advise, not push. Definitely deserves a bonus!
