M	Maxim Usatov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to rent a small yacht for Lipno, was offered dirty and unprepared boat with water inside, was told they have no other options and are fully booked on the reception. Upon insisting there is a problem, somebody from them came and replaced the yacht to a better one (moored nearby), however it lacked ropes, buoyancy aids, no toilet on board, even chemical, and the motor failed within a few hours. Rigging was old and barely holding together. Upon returning they've charged an additional fee (almost $50) because I was 13 minutes late, although spent probably 30 minutes waiting for assistance with the motor. Nobody cares about anything here.

P	Patrick Meidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we booked a specific e-bike online (after getting an offer by email for it), but when we arrived, we were offered a different, much worse model. we insisted to get the one we had booked, and eventually they found it. but then it turned out that they didn't have a fitting charging cable, and they were not willing to hand out the only key for the battery (which would have been needed to charge it with a standard charger). in the end, we decided to go with our own non-e-bike which we luckily had brought as a plan B...
