★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při zápůjčce elektrokola nejprve půjčovna po dohodě změnila pobočku, na které bude kolo k dispozici. Při vracení vznikly opět komplikace, kvůli místu vrácení, kdy obsluha po nás chtěla vrátit kolo na jiné pobočce než jsme si jej zapůjčili a na kterém jsme byli dohodnuti, ale nakonec nám kolo vzali.
Technický stav kola byl vcelku dobrý, ale bohužel brzdy již ke konci sezony nebyly v dobrém stavu, brzdící schopnosti již byly minimální a brzdy dost hlasitě pískaly. Pozor na kapacitu baterie, která neubývá lineárně, výdrž baterky ke konci klesá rychleji, několik procent dokonce ubylo i při zastávce, když byla baterie vypnutá.
Paní v půjčovně nebyla moc příjemná ba naopak.
 When renting an e-bike, the rental company first changed the branch where the bike will be available. When returning, complications arose again, due to the place of return, when the staff wanted to return the bike to us at a different branch than we borrowed it and at which we agreed, but in the end they took the bike from us.
The technical condition of the bike was quite good, but unfortunately the brakes were no longer in good condition at the end of the season, the braking abilities were already minimal and the brakes whistled quite loudly. Beware of the capacity of the battery, which does not decrease linearly, the endurance of the battery decreases faster towards the end, a few percent even decreased even when stopped when the battery was turned off.
The lady in the rental shop was not very pleasant on the contrary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice bikes for a reasonable price. However the derailleur on some bikes did not function well. We rented 8 bikes, two of them had bad functioning derailleur and one had a broken pedal :( So it is definetely worth checking your bike carefully before you rent it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not agree with most of the other reviews. The bikes are not in good condition and do not seem to be serviced. The gear changes are not going well, the handles have been dirty and sticky on all of the 5 bikes rented, from one of the bikes the chain broke apart(probably due to bad service).
The staff seemed unprofessional(quickly overwhelmed, could speak only very bad to no English, slight adjustments to the bicycles could not be made through professional competence)
the phrase "the customer is king" seems to be unknown to all employees. Our factual feedback on the problems did not seem to interest the staff and in addition we had to listen to a rude answer. It seemed to me that there were no qualified staff at all, only student assistance on the spot.
I can not recommend this rental with my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the middle of nowhere my chain rip apart and I have to go home (20km) because their service number doesn't work. When I arrived at their shop they didn't comment the bad condition of the bike. They offered me a new bike for the day but obvious I wasn't interested in a new bike for that day because I was tired and my family was already to far away so I couldn't join them. I ask for a refund or a free bike for the next day. They answered a little bit rude that I can rent a bike for the next day. So I leave the shop and walk home, disappointed with the bike trip and their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented two ebikes. Both were ok. Bad thing that you can only make the deposit (5.000kc) in cash, so we had to go to a cash dispenser first.
Other places reserve the deposit on the Credit card.
