Bohužel jsem si, ale objednal balík domů přes Zásilkovnu a nedočkal jsem se, tak jsem objednávku stronoval a objednal přes Poštu - druhý den balíček dorazil. Takže pouzdra v pohodě, ale pokud ten balík budete chtít dovézt tak určitě Zásilkovnu nevybírejte, ale dejte si to přes Poštu. Shop great, the case I ordered has good quality. L	Lucy Style on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já teda na společnost iPouzdro nemůžu říct ani půl slova, obaly vždy super zabalené, co nejdříve odeslané, kvalitní a za dobré peníze. Ale za co strhávám 2 hvězdičky tak za Vaši spolupráci se Zásilkovnou protože horší přepravní společnost v tuhle chvíli opravdu neznám. Zaplatila jsem si za dovoz domů, s tím, že je to dům kde sídlí firma a paní z důvodu nezvednutí telefonu se ani neobtěžovala zastavit a například- zazvonit, jak by normální člověk čekal. Snažila jsem se kurýrovi dovolat teda zpět- bez úspěchu. Tak jsem volala zpět odpoledne kdy mi to zvedla ultra příjemná paní s tím, že už je na cestě na depo ať si pro to přijedu (nehledě na to za co jsem si zaplatila). Přijedu o 3 hodiny později na depo a paní mi řekne, že vlastně balík tam není a paní si ho celý den vozí v autě a mám si pro něj přijet třeba ráno. Já se omlouvám, ale příští objednávku hodně zvážim pokud mám znovu podstupovat tohle. A není to poprvé co je s balíkem a celou bandou ze Zásilkovny problém. So I tried to call the courier back - without success. So I called back in the afternoon when an ultra-nice lady picked me up, saying that she was already on her way to the depot to come for it (regardless of what I paid for). I arrive at the depot 3 hours later and the lady tells me that the package is not actually there and the lady drives it all day in the car and I have to come for it in the morning, for example. I'm sorry, but I'll consider the next order a lot if I have to go through this again. And this is not the first time there is a problem with the package and the whole gang from the Mail Order.
