Ukázkový příklad komunikace obchodu.
Rychlé dodání - objednávka po 14. hodině byla kolem 16. hodiny předána dopravci a chvilku po 9. další den k vyzvednutí v zásilkovně.

Example of business communication.
Fast delivery - the order after 2 pm was handed over to the carrier around 4 pm and a short time after the 9th day for collection at the courier.

Clear website, interesting prices for companies and fast communication and delivery. I will be happy if the range is expanded by other brands and products from the pipe world, but I have no reservations yet :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodne e-shop doporučujem. Skvelá a rýchla komunikácia na úrovni. Vynikajúci servis a ukážkové riešenie problémov. Dobré ceny a super výber.
Osobná skúsenosť, ktorá sa mi stala:
Po vybalení žhaviča na uhlíky som zistila, že na ňom chýba jedna gumová podložka. Obal bol neporušený - zjavne to nebola chyba e-shopu, ale nedostatok počas výroby. Problém sme spolu odkomunikovali behom pár hodin večer o 22:00 -sú to asi srcaři, alebo nočné tvory :). Hneď na druhý deň bol balíček podaný do zásielkovne.
Všetko poctivo zabalené, tak aby nič neprišlo k úrazu /hlavne korunky/.
Počas komunikácie s e-shopom som sa cítila ako zákazník o ktorého bolo skvele postarané. Veľmi osobný prístup.
I definitely recommend the e-shop. Great and fast communication at the level. Excellent service and sample troubleshooting. Good prices and great selection.
Personal experience that has happened to me:
After unpacking the charcoal, I found that one rubber pad was missing. The packaging was intact - apparently it was not an e-shop error, but a shortcoming during production. We communicated the problem together within a few hours in the evening at 22:00 - they are probably heartbreakers or night creatures :). The next day, the package was delivered to the courier.
Everything honestly packed so that nothing would happen to the accident / especially the crown /.
During the communication with the e-shop, I felt like a customer who was well taken care of. Very personal approach.
