Velké plus je i to, že dodání zboží bylo hned na druhý den. S vysavačem jsem naprosto spokojený. Doporučuji. Clear e-shop with excellent customer support. I needed to compare two robotic vacuum cleaners and the support lady explained everything to me and helped me choose. A big plus is that the delivery of goods was the next day. I am completely satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. I recommend.

Jsem maximálně spokojená jak se zbožím tak se servisem ,objednala jsem na zákaznické lince u velmi ochotné paní která zodpověděla všechny mé dotazy a do 2dnů jsem měla tv doma. E-shop doporučuji. I bought a new smart tv here, the TV is slightly scratched on the back - it doesn't matter and has no effect on functionality. I am extremely satisfied with both the goods and the service, I ordered on the customer line from a very helpful lady who answered all my questions and within 2 days I had TV at home. I recommend the e-shop.

Nechápu jak můžete vrátit zákazníkovi zboží v takovém stavu. Je to hnus. Začal jsem ho mýt, ale pak si říkám, že tohle přeci není normální a začal jsem to řešit. Dle vyjádření paní na reklamačním se to může stát, pokud se nečistí. Na sériová čísla si nehrajou, podle mě poslali jiný kus, bohužel eshop už nereaguje... After a year, I claimed a coffee maker. I sent it cleaned like new and after a month it came back completely green all moldy. I do not understand how you can return the goods to the customer in such condition. It's disgust. I started washing it, but then I say to myself that this is not normal and I started to solve it. According to the lady in the complaint, this can happen if it is not cleaned. They don't play for serial numbers, in my opinion they sent another piece, unfortunately the e-shop no longer responds ...

U TV hned po zapnutí bylo jasné vidět, že má vypálený panel a kvůli tomu má skrvny na obrazovce. Poslal jsem ještě ten den prodejci email s fotografiemi s žádostí o nějakou rozumnou domluvu. Je to 11 dnů a reakce nulová. Pokud to tak půjde dál, budu muset podat tuhle záležitost na ČOI. I bought a TV here, run as a new, demonstration, 100% functional. It was clear on the TV right after turning it on that it had a burned panel and therefore stains on the screen. I sent an email to the seller that day asking for some reasonable agreement. It's 11 days and the reaction is zero. If this continues, I will have to refer the matter to the CTIA.
