L	Livie G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nerekla bych ze je to luxusni misto ale je ciste a utulne..pres vsechny hezke dekorace to na me osobne pusobilo proste jako sklep...teplota virivky byla o 2-3°nizsi nez bych si predstavovala a infra sauna na muj vkus prilis klaustrofobni. Pani ktera to tam ma na starost je velmi mila. I wouldn't say it's a luxurious place but it's clean and cozy .. despite all the nice decorations, it personally seemed like a cellar to me ... the temperature of the whirlpool was 2-3 ° lower than I imagined and the infrared sauna is too claustrophobic for my taste . The lady in charge of it is very nice.

Vzhledem k rodinným záležitostem jsme museli návštěvu v privátním wellness bohužel asi 3x přesouvat, ale vždy když jsem s paní Dostálovou mluvila, měla pro naši rodinnou situaci velké pochopení a vždy se snažila nám vyjít maximálně vstříc. Také s velkou ochotou vždy odpověděla na všechny dotazy, ihned reagovala i na e-mail či SMS zprávy. Samotný pobyt ve wellness byl skvělý, dokonce jsme si mohli vybrat víno, za příplatek lze další víno přikoupit, místo bylo čisté, skvěle nachystané, bylo zde teplo a romantická atmosféra. Masáž byla také skvělá. Díky paní Dostálové a její vstřícnosti jsme si nakonec mohli privátní wellness na plno užít a určitě to nebyla naše poslední návštěva. Tímto moc děkuji celému týmu kolem iRelax studia za skvělý zážitek. I rate the services of iRelax studio very positively. Due to family matters, we unfortunately had to move the visit to the private wellness about 3 times, but whenever I spoke to Mrs. Dostálová, she had a great understanding for our family situation and always tried to accommodate us as much as possible. She was also very willing to answer all questions, immediately responded to e-mail or SMS messages. The stay in the wellness itself was great, we could even choose wine, for an additional fee you can buy more wine, the place was clean, well prepared, there was warmth and a romantic atmosphere. The massage was also great. Thanks to Mrs. Dostálová and her helpfulness, we were finally able to fully enjoy the private wellness and it was definitely not our last visit. Many thanks to the whole team around the iRelax studio for a great experience.

Atmosféra romantická jako ve filmu. Dívka pro kterou tohle překvapení bylo se neubránila slzám radosti a štěstí. Veliké díky iRelax studiu za dokonale odvedenou práci. Absolutely perfect place to relax. Incredibly nice and helpful owner, who will fulfill everything you can think of, a very nice lady at the reception and a great masseuse. Atmosphere as romantic as in the movie. The girl for whom this surprise was did not shed tears of joy and happiness. Big thanks to the iRelax studio for a job perfectly done.

V lepší vířivce jsme s přítelem, nebyli teplota byla spravná čistá voda také. Krásné, a útulné romantické, a čisté studio příjemná atmosféra. Sladké ovoce, a vychlazená lahev prossecca zároveň příjemná hudba. Prostě relax při svíčkách se nám splnil. Děkujeme za večerní relax, a určitě přijdeme znovu budeme se těšit navidenou. In a better hot tub my friend and I were not, the temperature was just clean water as well. Beautiful, and cozy romantic, and clean studio pleasant atmosphere. Sweet fruit, and a chilled bottle of prossecca at the same time pleasant music. Just relaxing by candlelight came true. Thank you for the evening relaxation, and we will definitely come again we look forward to seeing you.
R	Roman Žydyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Byli jsme objednani na dany termin, ktery nam byl zrusen, protoze si pani udajne napsala vice lidi na stejny termin. Ok. Domluven novy termin s tim, ze “to mame u ni”. 2. Nebyl nam podan dostatek informaci - muzeme pouzit saunu? Pokud ne, da se za ni priplatit? Pripadne kolik? Jak poznam, ze uz nam vyprsel cas? Kdy mame odejit? Bude na nas nekdo zvonit, blikat, volat nam, nebo tam primo nekdo prijde? Nebo si priplatim za kazdou dalsi zapocatou hodinu? Idealne 200/5min? 3. Ceny - Lahev sektu 300Kc? Misa ovoce 300Kc? Bizar. 4. Prostor - Cele misto je ve sklepe. Koupelna je velmi stara, posuvne dvere sprchoveho koutu byly vypadle a nesly ani posouvat. Protiskluzove podlozky na zemi jsou tak protiskluzove, ze je lze pouzit misto brusli. 5. Za zapnuti a nekolikaminutove vyzkouseni sauny (o ktere nam nikdo nic ani nepipl) vyzaduji 200Kc. Proc nas nikdo neinformoval? Proc sla sauna zapnout vubec? Abych byl taky fer: virivka - teplota, trysky, osvetleni - v poradku. Rucniky, pantofle - v poradku. Voda v karafe - v poradku. Postel - v poradku. 1. We were ordered for a given term, which was canceled for us, because the lady allegedly wrote more people on the same term. Ok. A new date has been agreed, with "we have it". 2. We were not given enough information - can we use the sauna? If not, can you pay for it? How many? How do I know we have run out of time? When should we leave? Will someone ring, flash, call us, or will someone come right there? Or will I pay extra for each additional hour started? Ideal 200 / 5min? 3. Prices - A bottle of sparkling wine 300 CZK? Fruit bowl 300Kc? Bizar. 4. Space - The whole place is in the basement. The bathroom is very old, the sliding shower door was knocked down and could not even slide. Anti-slip mats on the ground are so anti-slip that they can be used instead of skates. 5. I charge CZK 200 for turning on the sauna and trying it out for a few minutes (which no one even drank about). Why didn't anyone inform us? Why did the sauna turn on at all? To be too fer: virivka - temperature, nozzles, lighting - all right. Towels, slippers - fine. Carafe water - fine. Bed - fine.
