It's been a year since we let them make a kitchen and a wardrobe, so it's time for a review. Iridium excels in price / performance ratio - they do a very solid job for reasonable money. They helped us with the design of the kitchen, and the result is both aesthetic and functional. These properties are not just on the eye, but are stable over time. Problems and complaints (these were small things) are solved solidly. Negotiations with company representatives are generally pleasant and constructive. As a result, they have 5 stars - in their category they meet the requirements even with a small extra reserve. Now to the shortcomings: - if you are expecting completely elegant ergonomic subtleties, you will not see them, there are simply companies from other price categories. - however, in Iridio they do not propose improvements on their own, for which we would like to pay extra - for example, our built-in cabinet does not have a back, which forms a wall with plaster that makes smudges, cladding at the stove is short, so the oil sometimes splashes on the plaster, etc. . - Equipped with appliances is not entirely in the center of their interest, they order appliances and then plug them in, but if something goes wrong, it is as if it snaps and you can see that they feel uneasy in this situation. - there was confusion in the billing and in the use of parts during assembly - in both cases it was to the detriment of Iridia, but it is definitely worth paying attention to. - The delivery time was longer than the initial agreement, but we expected that. In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that I definitely recommend Iridium, just in case you have a financial reserve and you care about gadgets, then they will not offer them all on their own.
