Joinery Mareček realized a pergola for the garden for us. We had an idea, at the place of implementation I consulted with Mr. Mareček everything, explained various things to me as a layman. In addition, we agreed on a tool shed. Subsequent communication was fine, they explained to me that the implementation will take because they have a lot of work, but I was counting on it. We have already built a pergola, including an outhouse. Everything looks great and professional. The workers who built the pergola were very skilful and helpful. Maximum satisfaction, I can only recommend!

I politely requested that the final drawings of the planned construction be sent (floor plan, side view including dimensions, wiring, etc.) in order to avoid subsequent discussions or ambiguities. Instead of drawing, I immediately received an email that, for technical reasons (AFTER 2 MONTHS FROM THE ORDER), from my point of view, purely representative and fictional, the company withdraws, despite the old assurance that the production is in process and in order with regard to the delivery date. from the agreed implementation. I can only assume that this happened probably due to the satisfaction of the drawings, which I did not get to the moment despite my satisfaction with the comment that everything will be clarified within the implementation. I.e. if you are looking for a reliable company for the implementation of the order, you are looking for a company where the opinion or decision on implementation does not change after two months of promises from day to day based on the unknown, and where formal agreements apply and you do not want to rely only on oral agreements and comments, AVOID this company by ARC. If you are interested in cooperating at least on the basis of basic documents and not just a record of the owner without any formalization or confirmation, or you do not want to face questions about whether you have something confirmed in writing at the first comment or disagreement, SO DO NOT SELECT THIS COMPANY. From the beginning of the order until delivery and assembly, they always treated me very accommodatingly, even though I may have had non-standard requirements, everything I needed to know was explained to me and practically demonstrated in their workshop. They have added some improvements to my original proposal after consulting with me. The negotiation when ordering was perfect, the agreed delivery date was adhered to, a pre-determined price acceptable to me as well. I'm very happy with the closet. The work is done very precisely. If necessary, I will not look for another carpentry workshop, but I will turn to Mareček's again. Mrs. Marečková is a very nice and helpful lady and also their employees, whom I met, are very nice.
