★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejprve bych servis pochválil za ochotu a rychlé jednání. Velký problém ale vidím v tom, že jsem si v servisu nechal před jedním rokem opravit startér na jedničkové octavii. Byl mi doporučen repas, který údajně proběhl, ale teď po jednom roce musel jít startér opět ven, kvůli vracejícím se potížím při startování a při této příležitosti bylo na první pohled vidět, že se určitě nejednalo o poctivou opravu. Nyní jsem zaplatil stejnou sumu za další repas, díky kterému však startér vypadá a funguje jako nový, a to tentokrát oprava proběhla v pražském servisu, který dobře znám.
First of all, I would like to commend the service for their willingness and quick action. But I see a big problem in the fact that I had a starter on a one-octave repaired by a workshop one year ago. I was recommended a refurbishment, which allegedly took place, but now after one year the starter had to go out again, due to recurring difficulties in starting, and on this occasion it was obvious at first glance that this was certainly not an honest repair. Now I have paid the same amount for another overhaul, thanks to which, however, the starter looks and works like new, and this time the repair took place in a Prague service, which I know well.
