★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě nula. Nepříjemný personál, jak kdybych je obtěžoval a z deseti položek co jsem sháněl, měli tři, přitom na webu je mají a po telefonu byly taky dostupné. Tak jsem si raději zašel do železářství, ač dražší, ale vše tam měli a přístup k zákazníkovi taky úplně jiný..
Zero for me. Unpleasant staff, as if I was harassing them, and out of ten items I was looking for, they had three, while they have them on the web and they were also available by phone. So I preferred to go to the hardware store, although more expensive, but they had everything there and the approach to the customer also completely different ..
