★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jabra je dobře utajená firma. Na vlastních stránkách žádný přímý kontakt. Není adresa, telefon ani mail . Prostě nic. Potřebuji náhradní závěs k handsfree. Distributor nevede. Takže si asi mám koupit kvůli korunové položce nové handsfree ?
Výrobce evidentně nemá zájem komunikovat s koncovým zákazníkem jednotlivcem.
Jediná možnost je kontaktní formulář na stránkách určený pro firmy.
Hluboká nespokojenost. Není to první zkušenost s podobnými "velkými"firmami., které se vyhýbají přímému kontaktu s klienty.
 Jabra is a well-kept company. No direct contact on your site. No address, phone or mail. Just nothing. I need a spare handsfree hanger. Distributor does not lead. So should I buy a new handsfree because of the crown item?
Evidently, the manufacturer is not interested in communicating with the end customer by an individual.
The only option is a business contact form.
Deep dissatisfaction. It is not the first experience with similar "large" companies that avoid direct contact with clients.
