With Felcman's cookie cutters and cake forms it is possible to cut the dough well and bake the base of the cakes. They do it very well .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vykrajovátka jsou zalepena ve slídě, která z kovu nejde odlepit. Už hodinu se s tou slídou pářu a nejsem schopen ji z vykrajovátek seškrábat. Milimetr po milimetru. Tohle musel vymýšlet nějaký inženýrský gigant.
The cutters are glued in mica, which cannot be peeled off from the metal. I've been steaming with that mica for an hour, and I'm not able to scrape it off the cutters. Millimeter by millimeter. This must have been invented by an engineering giant.
