★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Nederlandse toerist hier heel vriendelijk geholpen. Vriendelijke mensen, een vader en zijn zoon. Rustig, behulpzaam en zeer kundig. Na een reparatie van het gaskleppenhuis in Nederland, bij Volvo Niham Zoetermeer, pech in Neratov ( Tsjechië) gekregen. Auto afgesleept naar Volvo Náchod ( wat een bagger garage is dat, nooit naar toe gaan!) auto daar gemaakt ( niet dus) en na 25 km weer hetzelfde probleem. Auto weer weggesleept en naar deze kleine, lokale garage gebracht. Wat een toppers. Hadden snel en vakkundig het probleem te pakken. Volgende dag was de auto al klaar. Zeer tevreden en een absolute aanrader!!!
We zijn ondertussen een weekend verder en tot onze grote verbazing worden wij door Dhr Ralik gebeld met de vraag of de auto in orde is. Jeetje wat een goed gevoel geeft dat!
En Ja, de auto doet het prima!

Very friendly help as a Dutch tourist. Friendly people, a father and his son. Quiet, helpful and very knowledgeable. After a repair of the gas valve housing in the Netherlands, at Volvo Niham Zoetermeer, breakdown in Neratov (Czech Republic). Car towed to Volvo Náchod (what a dredging garage that is, never go!) Car made there (not so) and after 25 km again the same problem. Car towed again and brought to this small, local garage. What a top seller. Had to tackle the problem quickly and professionally. Next day the car was ready. Very satisfied and an absolute must !!!
We are now a weekend further and to our great surprise we are called by Mr. Ralik with the question whether the car is in order. What a good feeling that gives!
And yes, the car is doing great!
A super garage !!!
