Mr. Janík and Mr. Kačírek incorrectly installed the Hyppe shower enclosure with us, they did not orient themselves in the instructions. He said it was a defective product. He attached the fittings and the shower head carelessly, did not drill the holes deep enough, the whole structure swayed. He changed two sinks. He forcibly pryed out one of the tiles and damaged the tiles, crushed one and the other pair had a cracked glaze. He covered the destroyed tile with a washbasin (I only saw the full extent of the damage a few days ago when replacing the washbasin)! THIS MOTIVATED ME TO EVALUATE THE WORK OF MR. JANIK. The silicone seal around the sinks was also careless. Everything had to be removed and done again. He mounted the second sink well, but damaged the valve on the pipe and water leaked. He did not reveal the cause and so siliconized the entire siphon, which was completely ineffective and misguided. He was unwilling to repair the damage. I involuntarily paid him the required CZK 8,600. He behaved cholerically and aggressively. Honestly, I was afraid of both stout men. I was glad they left my house with the idea that I would never have to meet them again. All damages were repaired by experts - plumbers in about a week, of course for a fee. Payments for damages exceeded the amount collected. I do not recommend Mr. Janík and Kačírek for plumbing work on bathroom equipment! This happened a few years ago, and today I read that gentlemen work just as horribly. Maybe he can replace the boiler, but nothing more! Mr Kačírek, probably better, went out during our negotiations. I see that I should have dealt with the situation officially and not just write a review. If you don't have an account, then I don't know how you put it in accounting. Personally, I never want to have any contact with you again. After the publication of my review, Mr. Janík reacted very indiscriminately and at his request I received a letter from his lawyer to delete a certain part of my concise evaluation, which I modified so that it was still clear how Mr. Janík behaved. He subsequently erased his rude reaction!

The price / quality ratio of services is incredible, he also dealt with a problem that others were worried about. He specifically described maintenance to avoid problems. He said he would arrive at 3 p.m., calling twice as he was. In the end, he arrived just in time. He did not answer the first call, but called back within two minutes. He was able to arrive within the hour and behaved very pleasantly throughout, and despite a slight misunderstanding on my part, he adapted to the new situation.
