★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem byl do nedávné doby naprosto spokojen se službami i přístupem tohoto servisu. Nicméně při nutné návštěvě jiného pneuservisu jsem zůstal nevěřícně kroutit hlavou, protože bezpečnostní šrouby mi při poslední návštěvě u vás byly utaženy pistolí, což způsobilo jejich poškození. Do servisu jsem přijel ohledně domluvy na náhradu škody, které se mi však nedostalo. Zůstalo u slibů a tím to i skončilo. Nikdo mi nereagoval na domluvu ani přes SMS a email, což mě donutilo napsat tuto recenzi. Navíc nejsem dle zjištění jediný, který s tímto problémem od vás odjel.
Unfortunately, until recently, I was completely satisfied with the services and approach of this service. However, during the necessary visit to another tire service, I remained shaking my head in disbelief, because the safety screws were tightened with a pistol on my last visit to you, which caused them to be damaged. I came to the service department regarding an agreement for damages, which I did not receive. It remained with the promises and that was the end of it. No one responded to my agreement even via SMS or email, which forced me to write this review. In addition, I'm not the only one who found out about you with this problem.
