Příklad ze smlouvy kterou se snažíme předčasné vypovědět (stavba RD) a jsme z toho už špatní :
Zažádali jsme o předčasné vypovězení abychom si mohli postavit vysněný domeček (mladá rodina):
Jejich odpověď byla ano, jestliže zaplatíte 66tis/ha jako náhradu za ušlý zisk! Ročně dostáváme 4tis/ha od nich, tedy 16,5x více. Za vlastní pozemek! Tedy raději nic než smlouvu s nimi. Navíc arogantní chování. Paní si zablokovala můj telefon a ještě vyhrožují právními kroky za šíření zkušenosti s nimi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Několikrát otrávili včely v naší a sousední obci. V jednom případě to bylo po aplikaci nepovolené chemikálie. Dostali tučnou pokutu :)
