★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U pana Janoty jsem objednal náhradní díl do startéru, ten sice přišel jiný a tudíž nepasoval, ale po telefonické domluvě jsem zjistil, že do startéru se stejným značením mohou přijít 3 jiné typy.
Po osobní návštěvě bylo už vše v pořádku a nový díl mi byl poslán ihned co jej obdrželi.
Doporučuji, s panem Janotou nebyl žádný problém, rád pomohl. Jde poznat že zkušenosti a profesionalita nechybí.
I ordered a spare part for the starter from Mr. Janota, although it came differently and therefore did not fit, but after a telephone agreement I found out that 3 other types could come to the starter with the same marking.
After a personal visit, everything was fine and a new part was sent to me as soon as they received it.
I recommend, there was no problem with Mr. Janota, he was happy to help. It is clear that experience and professionalism are not lacking.
