★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji vyhnout se obloukem. Řešení reklamace katastrofa! Reklamace podána v lednu, během dvou týdnů obdržen od výrobce doklad o neopravitelnosti s tím, že zbytek dořeší prodejce. Ten nám měl na účet vrátit peníze. To trvalo zhruba 3 a půl měsíce!!! Provázely to výmluvy, kdy tvrdil, že peníze zapomněla poslat účetní a hned je posílá, za týden tvrdil, že peníze již zaslal, pak že je zrovna zaslat nemůže apod. Už jsme měli pochyby, jestli od něj peníze ještě někdy uvidíme. Nakonec jsme je v půlce května obdrželi. Reklamace podána začátkem ledna, peníze zpět v půlce května!
Příště nakoupím již jedině u ověřených obchodníků.

He was to give us the money back. It took about 3 and a half months !!! They were excused when he said he had forgotten to send the money to the accountant and sent it out, saying in a week that he had already sent the money, then he couldn't send it, etc. We had doubts if we'd ever see it again. Finally, we received them in mid-May. Complaints filed at the beginning of January, money back in mid-May!
Next time I buy only with verified traders.
