★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nemám dobrou zkušenost kdy u Vás známa byla s notebookem měli jste ho tam nějakou dobu a vrátili ho s tím že je na odpis a je potřeba výměna základní desky a hdd cena 7000.... naúčtovali jste si nespíš za diagnostiku nějaký poplatek v řadu sta-korun ... Zanedbatelná částka kdyby diagnostika byla ... Stačilo říct je to staré nechce se nám to řešit ..
Výsledná závada ... zlomeny kabel u zdroje + prach a výměna pasty na procesoru a grafice .... Je to smutné ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem si poslat zásilku na jejich vydejni místo po sms ze je zásilka připravena k vydeji tak si dělají co chtějí s otvírací dobou byl jsem tam v 16:00 po práci když mají mít do 17 tak cedulka ze s technických důvodu zavřeno frajerovi se nechtělo být v práci tak vyřešil takto.nedoporucuji si k nim posílat a používat je jako vydejni místo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem si do provozovny zaslat balíček, který mi měl být doručen 15.1. pátek. V 15 hodin mi přišla smska o možném vyzvednutí, ale než jsem se tam dostal bylo čtvrt na pět a tam již nikdo nebyl, jen vzkaz na dveřích, že dnes otevřeno pouze do 16 hod. Tu věc jsem potřeboval hlavně na víkend. Nikde vás nedoporučím a vašich služeb do budoucna nevyužiju.

At 3 pm I received a text message about a possible pick-up, but before I got there it was a quarter to five and no one was there, just a message on the door that it was only open until 4 pm today. I needed the thing mainly for the weekend. I will not recommend you anywhere and I will not use your services in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechala jsem si na tuto provozovnu zaslat balík. Zásilka uložena do 23.8.2021. Provozovnu jsem navštívila 20.8. s tím, že na dveřích lístek otevřeno až odpoledne. To už jsem byla v práci. Dnes 23.8 jsme se tam tedy vydali znova a na dveřích opět lístek - dovolená do 6.9. Po zkontaktování dopravce mi bylo sděleno, že zásilka už je na cestě zpět. Nechápu jak je možné, že zásilka odejde zpět dříve než skončí úložní doba bez jakékoli informace. To se mi ještě nikdy nestalo a zásilek si nechávám zasílat spousty. Kdyby provozovna fungovala dle svých otevíracích hodin, bylo by vyzvednuto. Dle recenzí vidím, že nejsem jediná. Nikdy už služeb této provozovny nevyužiji a nikomu nedoporučím.

This has never happened to me before and I have a lot of shipments sent to me. If the establishment operated according to its opening hours, it would be picked up. From the reviews, I can see that I'm not the only one. I will never use the services of this establishment and will not recommend it to anyone.
