★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Śmieszna firma, pracowałem prawie dwa lata, jeżeli chodzi o atmosfere, przełożonych i pracę samą w sobie daje 5 gwiazdek. Niestety wszystko rujnuje podejście do pracownika przez samą firmę, która zwalnia i zatrudnia ludzi na ślepo bez żadnego powodu, po czym potrafią dzwonić i zatrudniać z powrotem żeby znowu zwolnić i tak w kółko. Jednego dnia mijają się ludzie nowozatrudnieni z tymi którzy ukończyli pracę bez względu na staż pracy. Nie brakowało sytuacji w których zwalniano osoby tego samego dnia w którym tę pracę zaczęły. Nie ma transportu tak jak obiecują, nie ma takich pieniędzy o których wspominają. Będąc w pracy nie można słuchać jakichkolwiek obietnic czy to dotyczących podwyżki pod warunkiem zmiany stanowiska czy samych godzin pracy o czym informują tego samego dnia, w którym nakazują zostać co zdarza się notorycznie. Zabieranie bonusów, zmienianie warunków umowy na mniej korzystne, zerowe podwyżki. Do tego dochodzi agencja manpower, która ma syf w papierach, jest nierzetelna, nie potrafi udzielać informacji a kontakt z nimi jest problematyczny. Podsumowując: zarobki na bardzo niskim poziomie, raczej brak możliwości awansu o ile nie zwolnią, godziny pracy absurdalne + dodatkowe przymusowe zostawanie po godzinach o czym jest sie informowanym tego samego dnia i ogólny brak szacunku do pracownika. Nie można planować niczego, rozdział pracy od życia osobistego nie istnieje. Opisy ofert pracy to kokosy, których nie ma a jedzenie jest ohydne :)

Unfortunately, everything ruins the approach to the employee by the company itself, which slows down and employs people blindly for no reason, after which they can call and employ back again to slow down again and again. One day passes new people with those who have completed their work regardless of seniority. There was a lot of situations when people were dismissed the same day they started working. There is no transport as promised, there is no money they mention. Being at work can not listen to any promises or raise it on the condition that changes the position of the same working hours and shall inform the same day that dictate what happens to be notorious. Collecting bonuses, changing contract terms for less favorable, zero increases. Added to this is the manpower agency, which has a mess in the papers, is unreliable, cannot provide information and contact with them is problematic. To sum up: earnings at a very low level, rather no opportunities for promotion unless they slow down, absurd working hours + additional forced after hours of being informed about the same day and a general lack of respect for the employee. Nothing can be planned, the separation of work and personal life does not exist. Job descriptions are coconuts that are not there and the food is hideous :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi profesionálně vedený pracovní pohovor, dlouho jsem žádný takový neabsolvoval. Dle pohovoru zcela jasný systém benefitů, rozvrh pracovní doby i popis pracovní pozice se všemi plus i minus, více zjistím, až zde začnu pracovat. Snad bude stačit, když člověk bude chtít ?. Recenze na internetu jsou zřejmě ve velkém množství psány agenturními zaměstnanci, kteří jsou v mnoha směrech frustrovaní, přičemž je nikdo do práce přes agenturu nenutil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Práce přes agenturu. Typická práce na lince. Momentálně pouze odpolední a denní směny. Na pohovoru a různě napíšou až 21 000 Kč, realita je 14 800 Kč čistého na pozici Operátor, z toho je 1500 Kč docházkový bonus (jeden den nepřijdete a celý vám ho seberou), takže to vyjde na krásných 13 300 Kč. Z vedení je klasická buzerace, že si na halu nemůžete vzít své osobní věci (telefon, pití), navíc chodíte přes bezpečnostní rámy a různé turnikety, které tuhle práci více znechutí akorát. Nově jsou teď ve firmě srbové, kteří neumí česky, polsky, anglicky, takže domluva je s nimi nemožná. Navíc se vám jednoho dne může stát, že přijdete do práce a vedení vám řekne, že máte výpověď, protože jste navíc. Práce je na dobu určitou (v délce jednoho roku), takže nelze čekat odstupné.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Złodzieje nie płacą za prace. Po 2tygodniach dla manpover dostalem 690kc. Parodia! Praca dno ludzie co miesiąc nowi bo po wypłacie nikt nie wraca. Agencja umywa ręce i później nie odbierają telefonu bądź nie oddzwaniają jak obiecują. Stanie w banie i obiecanki a teraz czym za mieszkanie zapłacę oszuści! Stanowczo odradzam prace w tym miejscu dla tych nie kompetentnych pan którym zależy tylko aby okraść cię z premii i nie wypłacić chorobowego a potem zgodzić za nos 2miesiace !
Thieves do not pay for the work. After 2 weeks for manpover I got 690kc. Parody! People are new to work every month because nobody comes back after being paid. The agency washes their hands and then they don't answer the phone or call back as promised. It will stand in a ban and promises and now I will pay the fraudsters for the apartment! I strongly advise against working in this place for those not competent gentlemen who only care to rob you of the bonus and not pay the sick leave and then agree to the nose for 2 months!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bardzo przyjaźnie nastawieni ludzie na portierni, uśmiechnięci i sympatyczni. Załadowca bardzo miły również uśmiechnięty Rampa nr 17. Minus że na terenie jest duży parking dla ciężarówek a w momencie braku rozładunku czy załadunku nie można zostać na terenie, w okolicy natomiast chyba jest problem z zatrzymywaniem się chyba, że uda się na ulicy, parkingu nie zauważyłem na zewnątrz choć rano ku mojemu zdziwieniu zobaczyłem znak w prawo na rondzie 800 metrów Parking dla ciężarówek ? wcześniej nie umknął ale nie wiem dokąd prowadzi.
