Beautiful watches ❤️ and even though for the first time there was a minor defect on them, they ensured everything through transport to the replacement of the watch. So I imagine a store that is customer friendly. Many thanks ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dva roky staré hodinky, které jsem dostala darem a byly zaslány do vašeho servisu již prý nemohou být opraveny, jelikož na to prý nejsou náhradní díly. Jsem znechucena, že hodinky, ke kterým mám velký citový vztah tak nemohou po 2 letech být opraveny. Rozhodně tuto značku nedoporučuji, jelikož snaha o opravu pravděpodobně žádná nebyla a jsem tak nucena si koupit hodinky u konkurence. :( :( :(
The two-year-old watch that I received as a gift and was sent to your service can no longer be repaired, as there are no spare parts for it. I am disgusted that watches to which I have a great emotional relationship cannot be repaired after 2 years. I definitely do not recommend this brand, as there was probably no attempt to repair it, so I am forced to buy a watch from a competitor. :( :( :(
