★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teď jsem odešel z prodejny, tak píši čerstvou zkušenost. Pán na prodejně je rychlý a je to profík, byl velmi ochotný a pomohl mi s otevřením hodinek, protože jsem si zničil šroubky, jak jsem to sám zkoušel otevřít. Příště se nebudu o nic pokoušet sám a raději půjdu rovnou sem. Moc děkuji a všem doporučuji.

The gentleman at the store is fast and he is a pro, he was very helpful and helped me open the watch because I destroyed the screws as I tried to open it myself. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podle me patri tato prodejna v Atriu mezi nejlepsi v HK. Maji zde kvalitni zbozi, milou a ochotnou obsluhu, vyborny servis. Je fajn, ze zde pracuji lide, kteri teto praci rozumi.
In my opinion, this store in the Atrium is one of the best in HK. They have quality goods, friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. It's nice that I work here for people who understand this job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hrozná obsluha, když jsem přišel napsáno přjdu hned (dobře to ještě pochpím) když jsem tam přišel pak minut jsem čekla než ke mě přijde. Když už přišel řekl mi že to co chci nemaj (chtěl jsem koupit řemínek k hodinkám a dobře že ho nemají, ale když jsem se ho jeste zeptal kde by to mohli prodavat odybyl mě a šel zpátky odkud přišel zkrátka hruza
Jestli chcete nove hodinky určitě jděte radši do Futura přišel jsem tam a hned ke me prisli prodavaci a sice ten stejný řemínek také neměli ale objednali ho ( maximální snaha získat si zákazníky což v Real - Timu s.r.o nulová)
terrible service, when I came written I'll come right now (well I'll catch it) when I came there then minutes I waited for me to come. When he arrived he told me what I don't want (I wanted to buy a watch strap and well that they didn't have it, but when I asked him where they could sell it, I was gone and went back to where the beast came from)
If you want a new watch definitely go to Futura I came there and immediately came to me sales and although the same strap also did not have ordered it (maximum effort to get customers which in Real - Tim s.r.o zero)
