 Restored palace complex from the Renaissance, once the residence of the Counts of Thun and Hohenstein, today owned by the city. Castle park well worth seeing.

na Jílovský zámek jsme se po pravdě dostali hlavně kvůli tomu, že zde měl Miloš Knor vystoupení. A to bylo famózní ... dvě hodiny smíchu, až bolela bránice.
Sám Jílovský zámek moc hodnotit nemohu - představení bylo večer (už za tmy). Podle slov přátel dám za zámecký park pět hvězd, za vnitřní stav zámku však jen čtyři.
Navštivte tento zámeček a dejte vědět jak se líbil Vám ;-)
Hello everyone,
We got to the Jílov castle in truth mainly because Miloš Knor had a performance here. And that was wonderful ... two hours of laughter until the diaphragm hurt.
I can not evaluate Jílovský castle too much - the performance was in the evening (already in the dark). According to friends, I will give five stars for the castle park, but only four for the inner state of the castle.
Visit this mansion and let you know how you liked ;-)

Renaissance chateau owned by the village, which is undergoing gradual reconstruction. The original owner of the chateau was an important German aristocratic family, the Knights of Bünau, who had to leave the country after the Battle of White Mountain and sell the chateau to Christopher Simon of Thun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento zámek je tak trochu opomenut, ale vážně stojí za to,aby jste ho navštívili, kromě zajímavého výkladu si koupíte i něco na památku.. třeba magnetku, konají se zde i svatby, nechybí kašna před zámkem a také volně přístupný park i s dětským hřištěm.
This castle is a bit neglected, but it's really worth visiting, in addition to an interesting explanation, you can buy something to remember .. for example, a magnet, weddings are held here, there is a fountain in front of the castle and a freely accessible park and playground .
