★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný přístup, rychlé vyhodnocení závady a návrh řešení. Oprava by se bohužel vzhledem ke stáří spotřebiče a ceně náhradních dílů nevyplatila, ale to jsme trochu tušili. Každopádně pan Dražek se snažil hledat cesty, jak by to opravit šlo, není to ten typ opraváře, který při první komplikaci řekne "to nejde". Navíc stoprocentně vstřícný a milý. Za nás doporučujeme "všemi deseti" a pokud budeme v budoucnu potřebovat, bude naší první volbou :-)
Amazing approach, quick defect evaluation and solution design. Unfortunately, the repair would not pay off due to the age of the appliance and the price of spare parts, but we had a little idea. In any case, Mr. Dražek tried to find ways to fix it, he is not the type of repairman who says "it's not possible" during the first complication. In addition, 100% helpful and kind. We recommend "all ten" for us and if we need it in the future, it will be our first choice :-)
