Zrekonstruovaná stanice, ve které šíleně fouká vítr. Stavba výtahu je v plánu.
Renovated station in which the wind blows crazy. Construction of the lift is planned.

After a long reconstruction, I would expect at least the escalator to break out, but unfortunately nothing. The stations thus act as a modern artifact set in a rusting open-air museum of the last century.

Fajn místo klidu. Málo aut. Příroda. Bez firemních budov. Vilky a zahrádky. Je na co koukat. Hodně zeleně.
Nice place to rest. Few cars. Nature. Without corporate buildings. Villas and gardens. There is something to look at. Lots of greenery.

Please clean the belt on the stairs. That's how I took it in hand for you today. Although, as a black passenger, I shouldn't jump too much, should I?

Bohužel vestibul stejná katastrofa, starý a bez nějakých změn. Jinak se jedná o úplně zbytečnou stanici metra. Za mě 2 hvězdy.
Newly renovated metro station. The reconstruction of the station was not very well thought out. The station itself has been modernized, it looks modern, but the escalators that have been here since 1988. Unfortunately, the lobby was the same disaster, old and without any changes. Otherwise, it is a completely useless metro station. 2 stars for me.

Underground station was opened (along with the whole section) on October 26, 1988 - officially in honor of 70 years since the establishment of the Czechoslovak Republic, then under the name Švermov (according to Communist journalist Jan Šverma). It belongs to the least crowded metro stations in Prague, the passengers' turnover is up to 10,000 in the morning peak. Construction of this station required financial costs of CZK 306 million at the end of the 1980s. It was opened in 1988. It is 198 m long (of which 128 m are technological installations) and is located 23 m below the surface. The facade of the station is glass molded pieces similar to those used in Karlovo náměstí station, but their size and color differ. The author of the architectural design is Miroslava Derynková.

As a Prague Metro station it's fine, but it is currently closed to repair damage from leaking water. It will be closed until at least August, 2017. Busses from the Note Butevice station connect to the closed Jinonice station.
