★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely dissatisfied that they ask for more money to cancel the contract. And their debt collecting agency ArEKTUM is also ignorant - not responding to emails or calls.
How do they even have customers when this contract policy goes on for years and yet they do nothing to make it fair?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually very crowded gym, their pull-up bars are too low and next to each other, so mind your head. Showers very basic and often dirty. Their marketing team was however able to build a strong brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent gym with a nice as decor. Plenty of equipment and usually not much of a wait to use equipment. Locker rooms are very small and not meant for getting ready for work.

They took my money from my bank a count that I already paid. And they do not give anything back.and there is always excuses that it talk 14 days by law a d it's already more than 2 month and they did not send anything back. And theh keep telling that u will send money and theh do not send anything .
And they doing the same mistake and they took money again from my account that they already have it.
But again I will not be able to talk my money
Such a smart thing to take money from people.
WOREST BEHAVIOR .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym itself was very nice looking, however I did not like the attitude of the lady at the reception. I came there asking about membership and the lady just took my credit card and ID without and explanation of the process or details about the membership. She came off a bit rude, I decided to not to continue with the membership and just left. The gym itself might be nice, but I really did not appreciate the poor communication of details and conditions that are quite crucial to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live near by, and really wanted to join the gym because I like the idea, design, etc. My close friend had contract and payment issues there, but nevertheless I went there to ask about membership once, and the lady was very rude and dismissive. I also read numerous bad reviews here (and especially the way the “owner” replies to the reviews only proves the point), as well as on other platforms. It’s huge red flag that this gym gets so much bad rep everywhere, and whoever is the “owner” should question their approach to running this business. I hope there is a different owner that will pay attention to what actual customers say, and one day I won’t be afraid to give my credit card details to them and could hopefully join this gym. Right now I would not want to do this to myself, and it’s unfortunate.
